POTUS' Comedic Speech at the White House Correspondents' Dinner

I gotta hand it to the POTUS. He has great comedic timing and was able to deliver some deadpan humor during the 2012 White House Correspondents' Dinner.

I was laughing all throughout his speech. I particularly liked the one when he said, "In my first term, I sang Al Green; in my second term, I'm going with Young Jeezy." Mrs. Obama gave a positive remark and said "Yeah" to which President Obama retorted back, "Michelle said, yeah. I sing that to her sometimes." Lol! My imagination ran wild and immediately pictured the President rapping away to Go Getta!

I don't think that any other US President can pull off that kind of suave talk.  

The secret service was not spared from being mocked by their boss, too. My favorite was when he said that he "had a lot more material prepared, but I have to get the Secret Service home in time for their new curfew." The camera then showed two secret service men, poker-faced and all. Lol!

How I wish that something like this could be done here in our country. The President making fun of himself and others, and vise versa. Take a cue, people. Don't be too uptight! It's all in the spirit of fun!

SPECIAL MENTION: Although President Barack Obama got me laughing hard with his speech, his better half seriously wowed me with her style. The FLOTUS wore a  Naeem Khan printed organza gown from his Fall 2011 Collection. Mrs. O rocked it! She looked radiant and a few years younger than Lindsay Lohan. WTH happened to that woman?!
