Pleased to see how much progress Baguio City has made over the years especially with the addition of Baguio-AyalaLand TechnoHub. It's a business process outsourcing campus that is located within the vast vicinity of the Camp John Hay Economic Zone. It is also an IT community consisting of low-rise buildings with retail area designed by Aidea Philippines, Inc.
The BPO campus is aimed at increasing Baguio City's workforce through the creation of more than 20,000 jobs. Wow! AyalaLand TechnoHub is also environment friendly. They use greywater irrigation which is a wastewater generated from domestic activities such as
laundry, dishwashing, and bathing, which can be recycled on-site for uses such
as landscape irrigation and constructed wetlands according to Wikipedia.
The numerous establishments are located in the different buildings within the area which they call clusters. 7Eleven, Pancake House, Pan de Manila, and BPI are all located in this main building where Convergy's is.

Right beside the Convergy's building is Cluster F which houses the rows of restaurants and the giant coffee chain Starbucks.
Right across the street is yet another cluster with retail shops such as Brat Pack and Res Toe Run plus more restaurants!
I like these quaint cabin-type little shops
Surrounded by hundreds of pine trees makes walking around the area quite relaxing. Love the smell of pine trees!
It looks like more developments can be expected in the area. I definitely want to see those next time I visit Baguio City. Onward and upward!
