Kitchen's Best Home Patisserie's Chocolate Obsession

The appetence for all things sweet has never been a problem for me. I could easily repulse without regret chocolates, cookies, pies, puddings, candies, etc. except for one - cakes. I am weakened by the site of enticingly designed cakes especially when I see variations properly arranged in a refrigerated glass display.

One of the best cakes that have swept me off entirely is the Chocolate Obsession from Kitchen's Best. They have an array of mood-enhancing cakes that are worthy of high praise. My favorite among the list are the Chocolate Obsession and the White Chocolate Macadamia Brittle Cheesecake (which I will blog about next time). Let's focus first on this dessert wonder which on its own is more than an average palate can handle.

I like the design and color of their cake box. The combination of maroon and gold looks very elegant.

I personally like to heat up a slice for about 10 seconds in the microwave. Pretty unconventional but I prefer it that way. The taste is intensified when it is warm.

Although thinner than most in the market, all the good things that should enfold a chocolate cake are all in this one - incredibly moist, rich, dense, and of course, delicious. Smothered with a delicious glazed frosting, every bite is packed with a succulent chocolate flavor that is simply enchanting. If you possess little self-control, you can easily consume the whole thing in one sitting.

If you have a strong passion for chocolate cakes, then I strongly suggest that you give this one a try. One bite of that damp, chewy perfection and you'll know why the cake is named the way it is.
