Oliver Peoples 25th Anniversary Glasses were made based on Founder and Creative Director, Larry Leight's desolated 1989 sketch.

The limited edition acetate frames emblematize the distinct feature that Oliver Peoples became famous for: vintage style.

The retro-look of the frames was initially the thing that made me adore the brand. I first learned about the brand years ago while looking for specs that resembles the one Gregory Peck wore in the movie To Kill A Mockingbird. I found a pair at Neiman Marcus that exactly looks like what I was looking for and was even named after the guy who wore it! I immediately lost interest in Oliver Peoples Gregory Peck when I saw the Sheldrake! Suits the shape of my face better.

These new XXV optical frames are wonderful eye candies. The uniqueness of the acetate frames are in the details - end piece engraved with custom filigree design and retro plaque adorned temple.

Being in the same hue as the traditional 25th year anniversary color {silver}, the Workman Grey is the collection's denotative piece. It's a nice color, but I like the Sandalwood better; that or the Coco. Watcha think?
