The Seafood Salad Maki is one of the highly recommended dishes at Kulinarya Kitchen and with good reasons! The play of taste and texture is excellent. The shrimp and crabstick salad is tightly wrapped in breaded nori then deep fried. Each sliced roll is topped with ebiko and chopped sweet mango. The sides are drizzled with wasabi vinaigrette, soy-balsamic reduction, and mango coulis.

The well-marinated chunks of beef were so juicy, flavorful, and tender! They're made tasty by in-season vegetables alternating between each char-grilled beef. The peanut sauce, aioli, and chili oil pulled together these addictively good skewers.

The extra crispy skin of the chicken wings glazed with sriracha hot pepper sauce cracks open to a soft, succulent meat. Sweet and spicy is always a perfect combination for me. This one contained the right amount for both.

The rich colors alone make this salad a pick-me-upper provender! Chunks of fresh watermelon, tomato, apple, and feta cheese were piled over a bed of romaine and arugula and doused with honey-cider vinaigrette. To complete the lively dish, coarsely chopped pistachios were peppered all over.

This creamy and rich risotto was heavily flavored with garlic infused pork belly and chorizo. I liked the taste; however, I think that it was very wet. A puddle of tomato-seafood broth formed all around.

Unlike the Crispy Pork Belly con Chorizo, the Seafood and Chicken Risotto was perfectly cooked. The grains puffed into a soft and slightly chewy texture and infused with delicious flavors from the shrimps, squid, chicken, and vegetables.

Salmon Beurre Blanc PhP 495 |
I love salmon! Smoked, fried, baked, seared - I really couldn't care less. I will eat them all! Kulinarya's Salmon Beurre Blanc is definitely worthy of praise. A few drizzles of the deliciously creamy and light beurre blanc over a forkful of flaky salmon was simply heavenly. It was straight up satisfying without the unnecessary supplements.

Surf and Turf PhP 995 |
This is a hearty dish marked with lusciousness. This huge platter can easily be shared by a family of four. The succulent roast beef was heavily bathed in wonderful red wine sauce. The slightly crisped golden brown top of the baked shrimps thermidor casserole gives way to a deliciously creamy interior. The sidings {prices range from PhP 50-90} for this comes in as extra.

Suman Latik Fritters and Mango Flambé PhP 195 |
An ode to a Filipino classic with a twist! Perched on top of a pile of deep-fried suman latik {glutinous rice with coconut curds} is a lone scoop of velvety smooth vanilla ice cream. The beautiful stack is drizzled with sweet coco jam and the sides with mango coulis. The contrast in both temperature and texture delivers interest and a pleasurable experience to any diner.
