Anybody can draw, but to sketch something that's lifelike is phenomenal. Australian Artist CJ Hendry's creations are exactly that: phenomenal. She illustrates fashion pieces that are trompe l'oeil. Everything is in monochrome. Shadows, forms, and minute details are superbly and accurately done. I follow her on Instagram {@cj_hendry}. You should, too.

She only uses black pens, Arches paper, and a ruler. It apparently takes her 200 hours {16 hours each day} to complete each piece and complains of hand arthritis on Instagram. She may suffer from it, but definitely not from aesthetic arthritis ~ a disease that atrophies creativity. Brilliant!
