Bill Gates said "he wants to do it better than it's been done", and he did! Facebook CEO and Co-Founder Mark Zuckerberg challenged Bill Gates to do the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge along with Sheryl Sandberg {Facebook COO} and Reed Hastings {Netflix CEO}.
The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge is a means to raise awareness for the disease {also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease}. So here's how it works: you have to challenge a person or persons to dump a bucket of ice water over their heads. The ones you tagged should complete the challenge within 24 hours. If they can't, they should donate money to the ALS Association.
Watch how Bill Gates did it. Going to great lengths is optional. It's pretty cool though. If you're up for it, challenge your friends!
