I'm seriously crushing on Sophie Bille Brahe's jewelry collection, specifically the Croissant de Lune ear cuff and the Triple Ring Rue de Diamant. The design is very modern, simple, and elegant. She is a fan of Scandinavian designs, too. This is probably one of the reasons for the clean designs. The triple rings are attached together, by the way; kinda like a sophisticated knuckle ring.
