If you let me choose between an awesome house in the city or an average-looking property with a great view, I'd choose the latter in a heartbeat. This house fortunately has a perfect mélange of the two: it's incredible and has a great view! Sure, there's that risk of being attacked by a mountain lion or a family of coyote while having dinner, but it's very slim.
