An elevated version of that fried canned meat we all grew up loving. These are tempura-style spam fingers with honey mustard, cumin ketchup, and kimchi mayo dips.

| Assistant Manager's Choice PhP 350 |
Witty take on a known pizza variant is very much appreciated! In case it hasn't sunk in yet, the name of this pizza is a bon mot of Shakey's Manager's Choice. Delicious crispy thin crust pizza filled with Italian sausage, ham, beef, slices of bell pepper, pomodoro, and mozzarella.

| Palabok Pizza PhP 350 |
I'd never thought this fusion would work, but somehow it did! I like this better than the previous pie. Flavorful pancit palabok toppings rest on thin crust that's extra crispy on the edges and has a nice chew.

| After Hours Goto Special PhP 250 |
An aptly named dish that most crave for after a good night out; especially when one is sloppy hammered. A delicious generously-sized deconstructed goto {congee} with notable toppings such as century egg, pork floss, fried pork belly, chopped scallions, garlic flakes, and beef tripe.

| Thai Beef Salad |
The Thai Beef Salad is one of the leafy offerings at 12 Monkeys that I love! The tender beef bites were flavor-packed and tossed with fresh greens, peanuts, fresh mangoes, and mandarin orange. A smidgen of chili lime dressing tied everything together wonderfully.

Another delicious oddball of a dish that would make you want to give it a try even just to satisfy your curiosity. Curiosity killed the doubt because this bowl of red curry coconut noodle soup with squid balls, shrimps, and fried pork belly's tasty!

| Barbecue Feast PhP 780 |
We're now on to the really good stuff! The ginormous serving of glistening, char-grilled baby back ribs and barbecue chicken wings were very satisfying. I didn't like the coleslaw so much, but I find the potato salad yum.

| Midnight in Pares PhP 290 |
Save the best for last. The Midnight in Pares is my favorite! Succulent braised beef served with garlic rice and topped with slices of tamago. A few drops of chili oil made the dish extra, extra exciting!
Surprisingly and thankfully, 12 Monkeys' dishes are not one of those bar chows that are only good because you're buzzed. The highlight of my night was watching the local band, The Dawn, perform live after a looooong time! Still amazing!
