Classic Pearl Strand Necklace by MYGOLD

Grace Kelly likes them so much that she once said that she "favors pearls on screen and in my private life." Pearls are simple and just plain classy. For some reason, a classic pearl strand necklace adds a good amount of sophistication on the wearer.

It doesn't matter what kind of pearl strand necklace you wear or how big they are. My mom cultivated a love for things that were neither about price nor provenance. It's all about what makes you happy and how well you wear the piece, and not the other way around.

Above is a strand of lavender fresh water pearls from MYGOLD. I love the color, the simplicity, the length, and most importantly, it doesn't cost an arm and a leg! It does look like it, though.

It looks good when paired with a simple LBD or LWD. I rarely wear dresses, so I usually pair them with my uniform: button-down long sleeve shirt and a pair of jeans or plain white tee and a pair of jeans. I also like mixing it with another necklace.
