Much can be said about these international fast food chains that have embedded their marks on our palates. There's the good, the better, and the I-only-have-100-bucks-so-this'll-do kind. When it comes to fast food burgers, one that I find delicious is Burger King's Whopper. Unlike the rest, BK magically captures the taste of a weekend backyard cookout and incorporates it to their flame-grilled patties. It's smoky, juicy, and very filling! I used to frequent the Ortigas branch {outside North Greenhills} for that whopper, some onion rings, and the refillable drink! More about the whopper later.
Let's talk about Burger King's Rock It Fries first. My boys and I are getting a kick out of these fries! The Cajun BBQ Parmesan is tasty and the Maple Bacon's crazy good! One order of the latter is not enough for me!
Add the bacon powder first, and then pour in the maple syrup next. Rock it until the fries are fully coated or until your hands and arms are tired. There's really no stiff rule in doing this. Personally, I prefer to pour in the maple syrup first, rock it, add a few sprinkles of the bacon powder, rock it again, and then eat!
Burger King's Angry Whopper and Angry 4-Cheese Whopper are for those people who want a lot of spice in their lives. I mean, literally! The flame-grilled patty is topped with jalapeƱos and BK's angry sauce! It's one hot delicious burger! Can you please bring back the refillable drink even just for this, BK? I will not abuse it again. I do solemnly swear. Thanks!
