I'm not so much into burgers, but even I got a huge thrill with Village Tavern's World of Burgers by Chef Josh Boutwood. The not-your-typical-burger creations were all served impressively juicy, delicious, and glammed up! Oh, and they're huge, too!

The wagyu patty is what makes each one intense. They're bombed with great flavors! I don't know what they put in the patty {maybe mustard, mayonnaise, fish sauce? I use fish sauce instead of salt}; all I know is that they're delicious! Monte Carlo's plump meat is crowned with St. Nectare cheese, black olive tapenade, and prosciutto!

I'd be lying if I say that all three are my favorite. There's always a standout version among all. That's the Mexican for me. In terms of flavor, this one is the richest! The flame-grilled wagyu patty is yoked with chili and spicy queso sauce!
That silky lump of precious strings on top are braised red onions. That and the Swiss cheese are already both killer add-ons, but then they also added beer-flushed mustard on the side. It gave me goose bumps upon first contact! Delicious! That mustard concoction is also a great dip for the fries, by the way.
There's a fourth burger that I wasn't able to try: the Waldorf. It has celery, apples, Swiss cheese, and walnuts. It's the 'healthiest' version among all four, and probably inspired by the famous Waldorf Astoria salad.
