Spectrum at Fairmont Makati's Sunday Brunch at the Ranch

Fairmont Makati's Spectrum is all about slow-smoked meats, burgers, sausages, chicken, and pretty much everything that will make a cowboy go wild! There's a free treat for the youngsters, too! They can have a little fun time at the makeshift playground outside Spectrum while having little chows such as grilled corn, different popcorn flavors, and fries.

The young-at-hearts have a special treat as well: free-flowing American beer, margarita, and tequila! If the last part's not for you, don't worry. The food will be more than enough to give you a good buzz.

The create-your-own burger station on the left was a huge hit! You can pile up the toppings on that juicy patty or opt for a simple one.

Right beside the Burger Station is the Pasta Station. I think I had three servings of the Mushroom and Spinach Ravioli. I wanted more, but then I remembered the word "pacing".

I only had a couple of crostinis because I want to save a lot of room for the desserts! If you haven't tried Spectrum yet, know that their dessert station is a killer, especially the macarons!

I usually hit the salad station when I'm bombarded by guilt due to having too much meat. Spectrum's offerings are beyond decent, by the way.

What's the first thing you look for in the charcuterie station? I zero in on the prosciutto or culatello first; plus points if there are cubed melons nearby. I focus my attention to the finocchiona next. Those two are enough to make me extra happy!

Just outside Spectrum is where the action happens. Different kinds of meat are grilled to your liking. There's a pair of delicious roasted suckling pigs, too!

Like I mentioned above, Spectrum's desserts are not to be missed! I've lost count {or better yet, I refused to count} of how many Foie Gras Macarons, Milk Macarons, and Bacon Macarons I ate. All were fantastic! The cakes were delicious, too!
