Gringo's Chicken and Ribs

Have you tried Gingo's Original Chicken, Spicy Southern Chicken, Ribs yet? If your answer to that is yes, then there's no need for you to read the rest of this post. You already know how good they are. If you haven't, read on!

Okay, so I was introduced to Gringo a couple of days ago. I don't wanna bore you with too much words. We both know that they can just be rhetorical sometimes.

Anyway, I was blown away. They're so damn delicious! I placed the leftovers in the fridge and ate them the following day. They're still just as good; maybe even better. I believe all those spices fused together and settled better within each morsel overnight. It's like the way adobo works, except for my grandmother's adobo which sucked even before it was cooked. I loved her so much, but her adobo was beyond edible.

The Mexican rice was not just a mere add-on. It's an excellent companion to both the Original Chicken and Southern Spice Chicken. The sauces - Lemon Herb and Spicy - were delicious, too!

The ribs were also very satisfying. I liked it better with garlic rice. Gringo's has an array of healthy options as add-ons, too. I got the okra and mashed sweet potatoes when I had lunch at their BGC branch. For some reason, the food at Gringo's BGC is better than the one in The Block. Gringo's fairly new, so hiccups are to be expected. From what I had so far, their food looks really promising.

The service on both branches, by the way, is very commendable.
