Between a good bag and a good wristwatch, it is the latter that I would buy in a heartbeat. Both are good buys. A nice watch has more appeal to me, however. It's all about the aesthetic value more than anything else......or that's what I tell myself, at least. 

I'm in the market recently {meaning today} for a new watch with a mesh band. Triwa is the one I fancy a lot. Since it's a Swedish brand, hard-edged minimalism is embedded in its design. It's kinda elegant and brute at the same time. 

They have a nice serving of ladies watches as well. No ladies watch for me, though, thank you very much. I've always liked men's watches better even before they became de rigueur for women to wear. Plus, I don't have a daughter to give my watch to, so there's that. Maybe someday.
