All-New Asian Sauces From Heinz!

Did you know that Heinz single-handedly made ketchup more popular by turning it red? Then they created the blue version followed by green and purple. I'm not 100% sure but I think they released a pink one, too.

What I'm getting at here is that Heinz embraces innovation. In this very dynamic time, that is so important!

I'm excited about their latest offering because it's made for us Asians! Finally!

Heinz Golden Mark Oyster Sauce

A few days ago, Heinz unveiled its Asian sauces to the Philippine market. The line's new here, but it's been available in other parts of the world for quite some time.

Heinz Blended Sesame Oil

There are currently 7 Heinz Asian Sauces in the market today that you can mix and match. I'm going to try to be innovative just like Heinz. Well, maybe not blue-ketchup innovative, but close.

  • Heinz Golden Mark Oyster Sauce - 260g PhP 71.75 / 500g PhP 113

  • Heinz Premium Oyster Sauce - 260g PhP 135.5 / 510g PhP 220.5

  • Heinz Golden Mark Soy Sauce - 500 ml PhP 74.75

  • Heinz Premium Light Sauce - 150 ml PhP 64.75

  • Heinz Garlic Chili Sauce - 235g PhP 97.8

  • Heinz Thai Sweet Chili Sauce - 240g PhP 94.5

  • Heinz Blended Sesame Oil - 500 ml PhP 221 / 150 ml PhP 98.25

The last one's my favorite! I add a good (read: copious) amount of sesame oil to just about any dish! It's a universal sauce for me. It makes almost any dish taste good!

Heinz Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

I've been thinking of recipes where I can make full use of these sauces. So for the Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, I'm gonna up my Drunken Noodles game using that plus some Oyster Sauce.

My boys said that the Garlic Chili Sauce tastes like gochujang. Maybe I can make yak gochujang using that. Since it's not a paste, I'll just thicken it using cornstarch then add honey because, well, honey's delicious!

Heinz Asian Sauces are available in leading Robinsons Supermarkets, Unimart Supermarkets, Makatisupermart Alabang, All Day Supermarket, Citimart Supermarket, and Landmark Supermarkets.
