Tien Ma Taiwanese Cuisine - Now Available for Pick-Up and Delivery!

One of the best things that came out of this pandemic is that I've become an expert in cleaning out the fridge in-between grocery runs. Now, I look at half freezer-burned chicken breasts, wilting broccoli, sriracha, a few drops of hoisin sauce, and think "Oh, the possibilities!"

I've discovered new combinations through happy accidents—leftovers that don't make sense when combined, but the outcome tastes pretty good.

But at some point, I give in to that inner voice screaming "order in! order in!" while looking at our sparsely populated fridge. 

My boys and I are thankful that we can do that thrice a week. We're grateful for food, period; especially truly delicious food like these. It's my first time to try Tien Ma Taiwanese Cuisine's offerings, and they are yum! 

Three Cup Chicken (Large) PhP 435

This is my least favorite out of the three but that doesn't mean it's not delicious. I just like the Lucky Spareribs and Beef with Broccoli more. My boys love this one the most, though. The tender bone-in chooks are bathing in a sauce that's off the scale in flavor. Seriously.

Stir-fried Beef with Broccoli (Large) PhP 440

Comforting tender slices of beef with lashings of more sweet than salty sauce. Like! Like! The mounds of meat happily absorbed the velvety liquid making each bite a pleasurable one. By the way, each dish that you see here is good for 3 to 4 persons.

Lucky Spareribs PhP 435

Ahhh, Lucky Spareribs. You took my coronavirus anxiety for a while there. It's a fall-off-the-bone thing that's beautifully cooked with all the right flavors. Each ingredient penetrating deeper into the meat's interior. MY FAVORITE!! 

Steamed white rice is what makes all of these extra enjoyable. Yes? YES!
